Alloy Flange

Alloy flange is different from ordinary 20, Q235 carbon steel flange. It is mainly used for pipes and pipelines with special characteristics, mostly in high temperature and high pressure positions. Its common materials are 12Cr1MoV, 15CrMo, P91, P22, 10CrMo910 and so on.
The implementation standards include national standards, Ministry of Chemical Industry standards, Ministry of Machinery standards and so on.
1. According to chemical industry standards, it can be divided into integral flange (IF), threaded flange (Th), plate flange (PL), necked butt welding flange (WN), necked flange (SO), socket welding flange (SW), loosely sleeved flange (PJ/SE), flat welding ring flange (PJ/RJ), lined flange cover (BL (S), flange cover (BL).
2. According to the petrochemical industry standards: threaded flange (PT), butt welded flange (WN), flat welded flange (SO), socket welded flange (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not indicated).
3. According to the standard of mechanical industry, there are integral flange, butt welding flange, plate flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate loose sleeve flange, flanged ring plate loose sleeve flange and flange cover.
4. According to national standards, there are integral flange, threaded flange, butt-welded flange, necked flange, necked socket flange, butt-welded ring flange with neck loose sleeve, plate flat flange, butt-welded ring flange with neck loose sleeve, flat-welded ring flange, flange cover.
